For this price, you may choose one or two meats to be served (a total of six ounces per serving).  You may choose to have potatoes, pasta, or rice as a side dish; a vegetable (if you have a preference, please tell us); and a choice of salad -- a molded salad, fruit, mixed greens, or vegetable salad. Also included is a selection of our freshly baked dinner rolls.

If you wish to have three meat selections, add $1.50 to the base price; four meat selections, add $2.00 to the base price.

The price quoted includes the buffet set up, service, maintenance, and clean up only.  The price does not include guest service, beverages, paper products, or dishes and flatware for the guests.  (These services are available if needed.)  If you are interested in food only, without buffet service, the price would be $12.50/person; meat only would be $8.00/person.
