The prices quoted
are food
cost only and do not include delivery, rental items, paper products, or
service, although we do provide those services if they are
desired.
We prefer to keep our food prices separate from other costs because we
are cost conscious. We do not want to build into our prices the
cost
of services that our customers may not want or need. Not every
customer
nor every event requires full or even partial service.
SERVICE OPTIONS:
1. We prepare the
food items,
you pick it up.
2. We prepare the
food items,
and we deliver, cost for delivery is based on distance, time, and
flights
of stairs - within Blair the cost may range from $5.00 to $16.00;
outside
of Blair, the cost is generally based on $.50/mile with consideration
given
to things like flights of stairs.
3. We prepare,
deliver, and
setup for buffet service; cost is based on a $32.00/hour charge per
service
person. Simple buffets may take as little as an hour to an hour
and
one half to set up, usually utilizing two Catering Catering personnel.
4. If full service
(prepare,
deliver, setup, serve, clean up, arrange for rental items, and so
forth)
is needed, the cost is again based on a $32.00/hour charge per service
person. We can provide paper products if that is desired.
We
make arrangements for rental dishes and linens if that is desired.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
All Deposits are
non-refundable.
First Deposit:
A Deposit of one hundred
dollars
is to be made when an agreement is reached for the services of Catering
Catering. This deposit reserves the designated date and entitles
use of our facility for up to four (4) hours. A charge of $25.00
is assessed for each additional hour or portion thereof.
Second Deposit:
A second deposit of half
the food
cost will be due one week prior to the date of the event.
At that time, the number of guests to be served will be confirmed.
Balance Due:
The balance of the bill
will be
due the day of the event, unless other arrangements have been
previously
made.
